All tickets are sold by Bytes.sg as agent for and on behalf of the venue management or owner and/or the promoter responsible for the event for which they are sold. By ordering tickets you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of all persons for whom you are purchasing tickets to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Tickets sold are not refundable, not exchangeable and not transferable.
2. Admission into the venue may only be allowed upon showing a valid ticket. Subject to the policy of the venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter, latecomers may not be permitted to enter the venue.
3. Entry to the event may not be permitted if the tickets have not been purchased through bytes.sg or other authorised points of sale.
4. The venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter may without refund or compensation refuse to allow any person whose conduct is disorderly and disruptive or is deemed a threat to other patrons to enter the venue. If this behaviour is in the midst of the event, the person may be expelled from the venue.
5. The venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
6. The venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter may postpone, cancel or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
7. The promoter may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video or photograph in its marketing and publicity materials.
8. Ticket holders are to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to the event put forth by the venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter.
9. All complaints regarding the event or the venue will be directed and dealt with by the venue manager or owner and/or event promoter.
10. The ticket holder assumes all risk and dangers incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
11. Bytes.sg, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to cancellation or postponement of the event. Booking fees and all handling fees charged by Bytes.sg shall not be refundable. Any refunds, if any, shall be made by the venue manager or owner and/or the event promoter and at their discretion.
12. Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
